Wouter van Kempen
Business Psychology International (BPI) was founded by Wouter van Kempen (BBA, MSc) in June 2020.
Wouter has obtained a double bachelor’s degree in International Business and Languages from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences (NL) and from the Lord Ashcroft International Business School (LAIBS) in Cambridge (UK). Afterwards, he obtained a bachelor’s degree of Psychology from the Free University in Brussels (BE) and a Master’s degree of Psychology at Leiden University (NL).
Wouter has worked as a psychologist for APPA Bedrijfspsychologie, and as a business development consultant and assessment psychologist for LTP TestNed before founding Business Psychology International (BPI).

Elena Tremante
Elena Tremante is an experienced Psychologist with over 25 years experience in Assessment and Development Centers, Business and Executive Coaching, Conflict Management, Team building and Leadership Training, Self and Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence and Change Management
She has a degree in Psychology and social & preventative medicine at the Univeristy of Zurich and is a member of the Swiss society for Coaching Psychology. She also obtained a master in Neuro-Linguisitc Programming from A13 Favaretto, Pavia.
Elena works with a large number of companies around the world to create a constructive and efficient work environment aimed at preserving the health of their employees, optimizing collaboration, communication, motivation and development.

Nuria Maldonado Bellido
Nuria has obtained a Masters Degree in Psychology with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and years of training in the Clinical Practice.
For over 12 years she has worked in the corporate world, focusing mostly on Performance Appraisal, Job Analysis, Recruitment, Training & Development. This experience has helped her in her clinical practice to give the best insights when it comes to treat patients with burn-out or in the process of career changes.
Nuria also has a practice in The Netherlands, where she helps people from a great many backgrounds and issues; a common element in most cases is migratory grief and how the loss of a support network intensifies the challenges as an expat.

Emilio Gramegna
Emilio is an experienced Psychologist, graduated in Padua University, with 30 years of experience in Assessment, Soft Skills Training (Leadership, Interfunctional collaboration, Presentation skills, Sales and negotiation), HR Processes design (Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruiting, Competency Model).
He manages HR Projects, with national and multinational companies, coordinating teams with HR Managers, HR Professionals, other Consultants, aimed to help organisations to improve people commitment, teamwork, personal efficacy.
A key word for Emilio is “customisation”, that is: understanding the business context and the organisation values / characteristics, adopting a specific approach, co-designing the service.

Viera Soldánová
Viera has obtained Masters Degree in Psychology at the Masaryk University in Brno and a postgraduate degree in Solution-Focused Psychotherapy.
She has gained work experience in various companies, working largely as a assessment psychologist and consulting on assessment.
She has experience in clinical practice, specializing in addictions and adolescent psychology. Viera also works as a psychotherapist and has a coaching practice, where she accounts numerous different issues, including personal, relationship or work-related issues.

Bart Kurver
Bart is an experienced NIP registered organization Psychologist with extensive expertise in assessment, personal coaching and HRM advice.
Bart has obtained a masters degree in Psychology, specializing in Work, Health and Organizations. The starting point of his consultancy and coaching work usually concerns effectiveness at work, but if important, more attention is given to emotional resilience, personal development and a healthy work-life balance.
His approach can be characterized as outspoken, thorough, pragmatic and well thought-out.

Krisztina Madai
Kriszta Madai MCC is an ICF accredited executive and career coach, coach trainer and lecturer, and coaching supervisor with 10+ years experience.
Kriszta has supported senior leaders, managers and leadership teams in building a creative, engaging, trustful and partnering organizational culture to enable individual and system-level well-being and performance. Kriszta is dedicated to co-design and co-create spaces with clients which have the capacity to create long-term changes in the meeting point of person and organization.
Kriszta holds an MBA diploma from Budapest University of Economy, an MA in applied psychology and gender studies from Fern Universität Hagen and a postgraduate diploma in supervision from Károli University Hungary. She is an accredited coach by ICF and a licenced FirstBeat consultant.
Kriszta works in Hungarian (native), German and English.
Wouter Elfers
Wouter is an experienced psychologist and coach. In 2004 he obtained his doctorate in health, organizational and personnel psychology and in social psychology at the University of Groningen (RUG). Subsequently he worked for various and leading organizations in the Netherlands in the field of business psychology. He has specialized in particular in the psychology of security and integrity.
His affinity and work experience range from legal and financial services to public transport and public safety. Wouter is a registered psychologist at the Netherlands Institute of Psychologists (NIP).
His work style and approach are characterized by thoroughness, meticulousness and the ability to enter into personal and in-depth contact with both participants and clients. He sees strengthening (self) insight and contributing to careful and honest decision-making processes from a clear compass as his most important goal.
